<br />4,F-\O <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />Provided that the Church does so in a timely manner, the Church may, at its option, <br />prepare and file its application for the Continuing Use Permit such that the required <br />City review and public hearing(s) for the Continuing Use Permit may be conducted <br />concurrently with. the preparation and approval process of the MOU Specific Plan or <br />the Church Specific Plan, as the case may be.
