<br />q }1-\0 <br /> <br />AGREEMENt <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />SUPPLY AND INSTAllATION OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM COMPONENTS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this - day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between <br /> <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("City"), and <br /> <br />, ("Contractor"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the supply and installation of irrigation system <br /> <br />components at various locations of its public parks and landscaped areas throughout <br /> <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid supply and installation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follow: <br />1. CITY'S REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to supply City with materials <br /> <br />and installation services in accordance with City's requirements therefor in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications pertaining thereto entitled "City of Redwood City - Irrigation <br /> <br />Central Control System Specifications", and Contractor's bid pertaining thereto dated <br /> <br />,2000, which contract documents, specifications, and bid are <br /> <br />hereby incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION. Contractor shall be compensated for the basic services to be <br /> <br />performed <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />agreement in the sum of <br />( ) as specified in <br /> <br />aforementioned. <br /> <br />Contractor's bid dated <br />
