<br />C1I-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />REMOVAL OF STOCKPILE MATERIAL AT THE END OF MAPLE <br />STREET; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for removal of stockpile material at the <br /> <br />end of Maple Street in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented <br /> <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />Removal of Stockpile Material at the End of Maple Street - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
