<br />rye- -3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE <br />PROJECT - 2000-2001; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Comprehensive Street Tree <br /> <br />Maintenance Project 2000-2001 in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br /> <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project - 2000-2001 - City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, CA," prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a <br /> <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
