Staff has made arrangements <br /> with the Oracle Corporation to use material stockpiled at their site in Island Park for this <br /> project at no charge. The Contractor's bid includes the handling and transportation of <br /> the material to build the project. <br /> A complete copy of the agreement is availabte for review in the City Clerk's office. <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> The State Coastal Conservancy is sponsoring a portion of the trail. Items to be paid for <br /> by the Conservancy were separated-out in the Contract Documents. The Conservancy <br /> will reimburse $51,972 of the total contract amount.
