RESOLUTION N0. � �_ � <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE CITYWIDE STREET RESURFACING PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Citywide Street Resurtacing <br /> Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> 1NHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> the Citywide Street Resurfacing Project - City of Redwood City, California", <br /> prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br /> and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br /> Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
