�F•z <br /> This year's Citywide Street Resurfacing Project is a continuation of the RMS program <br /> and targeted the arterial/collector streets in the downtown area. The project is to place <br /> a 3 /< inch of gap graded asphalt wearing coat utilizing special paving machine that will <br /> apply both the polymer modified asphalt emulsion membrane and the 3 /4 inch asphalt <br /> wearing coarse at the same time. <br /> The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $280,000. <br /> The streets selected for treatment are as follows: <br /> Area Length <br /> Street Name From To (Sq.
