<br />2.55, 2.58.5, 2.62, 2.68, 2.69, 2.73, AND 2.107 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130,
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS
<br />AMENDED RELATING TO VARIOUS DEFINITIONS; AMENDING SECTIONS
<br />10.9 AND 11.9 OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO YARD AND OPEN
<br />SPACE REQUIREMENTS IN THE "R-5" (MULTI-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY)
<br />AND "PO" (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ZONING DISTRICT, RESPECTIVELY;
<br />AMENDING SECTION 12.4 OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO
<br />CONDITIONAL USES IN THE "CA" (CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE) ZONING
<br />DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 13.2, 13.4, 13.5, AND 13.9 OF, AND
<br />ADDING SECTION 13.10b TO, SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO
<br />PERMITTED USES, CONDITIONAL USES, HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS, YARD
<br />REQUIREMENTS AND THE MAXIMUM OFFICE SIZES IN THE "CN"
<br />(NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, RESPECTIVELY;
<br />AMENDING SECTIONS 14.2 AND 14.4 OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO
<br />PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CB"
<br />(CENTRAL BUSINESS) ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 15.4
<br />AND 15.9 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 15.12 TO, SAID ORDINANCE
<br />RELATING TO PERMITTED USES, YARD REQUIREMENTS AND FLOOR
<br />AREA RATIO, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CG" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
<br />ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 17.2 AND 17.4 OF, AND ADDING
<br />SECTION 17.12 TO, SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES,
<br />CONDITIONAL USES AND FLOOR AREA RATIO, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE
<br />"IR" (INDUSTRIAL RESTRICTED) ZONING DISTRICT; AMNDING SECTIONS
<br />18.2 AND 18.4 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 18.17 TO, SAID ORDINANCE
<br />RELA TING TO PERMITTED USES, CONDITIONAL USES AND FLOOR AREA
<br />RATIO, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "IP" (INDUSTRIAL PARK) ZONING
<br />DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 26.2, 26.3, AND 26.4 OF SAID
<br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES, ACCESSORY USES, AND
<br />CONDITIONAL USES, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CBR" (CENTRAL
<br />BUSINESS RETAIL) ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 30.2.2b AND
<br />30.5b OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO OFFSTREET PARKING
<br />REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN SPECIFIED USES AND SIZE OF COMPACT
<br />PARKING SPACES, RESPECTIVELY; AND AMENDING CERTAIN
<br />PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 60 (ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES-MAPS)
<br />OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO APPLICATION OF THE R-COMBINING
<br />DISTRICT TO ZONING DISTRICT MAPS FOR THE "CB" (CENTRAL
<br />BUSINESS) ZONING DISTRICT, AND REZONING FROM "CB" (CENTRAL
<br />BUSINESS) TO CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) WITHIN REDWOOD
<br />SHORES AREA
