<br />~ A- 2~ <br /> <br />or approved for construction or development irrespective of the kind or nature of <br /> <br />office use proposed, on parcels of property (whether as individual parcels or by <br /> <br />aggregation of parcels) unless such development occurs under the amended or <br /> <br />added provisions of the Zoning Ordinance described herein. <br /> <br />Section 3. Sections 2.7, 2.31.1, and 2.79 of the Zoning Ordinance are <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.7 Administrative Office and Service Facility. An office or <br />other structure or service facility for rendering management level <br />administrative services for firms and institutions including, but not limited <br />to, regional and headquarter management services." <br /> <br />"Section 2.31.1 Drive-ThrouQh Facility. A portion of a building, or a <br />structure, which provides access through windows, doors, mechanical <br />devices, or other openings, to occupants of a motor vehicle for delivery of <br />a product or performance of a service." <br /> <br />"Section 2.79 Professional Office. An office for providing professional <br />or consulting services in the fields of law, architecture, engineering, <br />accounting, architectural and engineering design, and similar professions <br />(but excluding medical offices), including associated product testing and <br />prototype development, but excluding product manufacture or assembly <br />and excluding use of hazardous materials in excess of the exempt <br />amounts contained in the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code, <br />as said Code are adopted and amended from time to time by the City." <br /> <br />Section 4. Sections 2.12.5, 2.39, 2.42, 2.49, 2.53.5, 2.55, 2.58.5, 2.62, <br /> <br />2.68, 2.69, 2.73, 2.74, and 2.107 are hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.12.5. Bank. A building or other structure for the custody, <br />loan, or exchange of money; for the extension of credit; and for facilitating <br />the transmission of funds, but not including an automated teller machine." <br /> <br />"Section 2.39 Financial Service.
