<br />9 A :11 <br /> <br />effects upon office developments of said ordinance and have further studied the <br /> <br />adverse impacts of such developments described hereinabove; <br /> <br />K. As a result of said preliminary studies, staff and consultants have <br /> <br />recommended new and different regulations more specifically addressing the <br /> <br />adverse impacts than provided under the aforesaid Ordinance No. 2198, <br /> <br />L. The amendments to the Zoning Ordinance hereby enacted are new <br /> <br />and different regulations from those set forth in Ordinance No. 2198, and more <br /> <br />precisely addressed the adverse impact of office developments hereinabove <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />M. Ordinance No. 2198 shall expire of its own terms and, upon expiration, <br /> <br />shall be of no further force and effect; <br /> <br />N. This ordinance shall supercede and replace said Ordinance No. 2198, <br /> <br />provided, that the amendments to the Zoning Ordinance herein provided are not <br /> <br />an extension of the regulations herein before enacted, but are new and different <br /> <br />regulations; and <br /> <br />0, The above-described conditions constitute an emergency endangering <br /> <br />the public health, safety, and welfare requiring enactment of an emergency <br /> <br />measure. <br /> <br />Section 2. Prohibited Acts.
