Section 13.4.d is hereby amended, and Sections 13.4.k is <br /> <br />hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section13.4 Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />d. Any use or uses permitted under Section 13.2, individually or <br />cumulatively, resulting in occupancy of more than 5,000 square <br />feet of gross floor area within any parcel and/or any contiguous <br />parcel. <br /> <br />k. Neighborhood service non-ground floor dependent office, <br />financial services, and medical offices occupying 5,000 square <br />feet or less of gross floor area located above the first floor." <br /> <br />Section 10. Section 13.5 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 13.5 Heiaht Regulations. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 35 feet in height or 2 stories, whichever <br />is less." <br /> <br />Section 11. Section 13.9a of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 13.9 Yard Reauirements. The following yards are required: <br /> <br />a. Front Yards: None required; except that within 50 feet of any R <br />District, a front yard having the same minimum depth as the front <br />yard required in such R District shall be required; provided, that a <br />minimum building setback of ten feet containing permanently <br />maintained landscaping shall be required for properties abutting <br />EI Camino Real and abutting Woodside Road between the <br />intersections thereof with EI Camino Real and Alameda de las <br />Pulgas." <br /> <br />Section 12.
