<br />9/1.2.7 <br /> <br />"Section 13.10.b. Maximum Size of Offices. <br /> <br />(1) No parcel or contiguous parcels within a CN District shall be permitted <br />to have more than 25 percent of the combined first floor gross floor <br />area in office uses. <br /> <br />(2) All legally permitted and conditionally permitted office uses existing as <br />of July 1, 2000, may remain as legal nonconforming uses and shall <br />not require a conditional use permit or be subject to termination <br />pursuant to Article 33, provided however, that in the case of a conflict <br />between the provision of this section and the provision of Article 33, <br />this section shall control. Such existing uses shall be permitted to <br />remodel, improve or replace site improvements in accordance with <br />applicable site development regulations, provided that any such <br />remodeling, improvement or replacement shall not result in increased <br />floor area devoted to such office uses." <br /> <br />Section 13. Section 14.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 14.2 Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br />CB District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br />Delete Section 14.2c. <br /> <br />Add Section 14.2i to read as follows: <br /> <br />"i. Automatic Teller Machines." <br /> <br />Section 14. <br /> <br />Sections 14.4m and n are hereby added to the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 14.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br />the CB District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />m, Financial Services. <br /> <br />n. General Business, Professional, and Administrative Offices." <br />Section 15. Sections 15.2e and k are hereby added to the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 15.2. Permitted Uses.
