Section 15.4p is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 15.4. Conditional Uses. General business or professional offices with a gross floor area <br />of 10,000 square feet or more." <br /> <br />Section 17. Sections 15.9a and 15.9c are hereby amended to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Section 15.9 Yard Reauirements. The following yards are required: <br /> <br />a. Front Yards: None required; except that within 25 feet of any R <br />District, a front yard having a minimum depth of one-half the <br />minimum front yard depth required in such R District shall be <br />required; excepting, further, that a minimum building setback of <br />ten feet, containing permanently maintained landscaping, shall be <br />required for properties abutting EI Camino Real and abutting <br />Woodside Road between the intersections thereof with EI Camino <br />Real and Alameda de las Pulgas. <br /> <br />c. Rear Yards: None required except: (i) Rear yards abutting any R <br />District shall have a rear yard minimum depth of 15 feet and <br />(ii) rear yards abutting any railroad right-of-way shall have a rear <br />yard minimum depth of 15 feet and shall contain permanently <br />maintained landscaping." <br /> <br />Section 18.
