<br />9A29 <br /> <br />"Section 15.12 Floor Area Ratio <br /> <br />a. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots with <br />frontage on EI Camino Real (State Route 82) shall be 40 <br />percent Lots fronting on EI Camino Real shall be deemed to <br />include lots immediately to the rear and adjacent to lots fronting <br />on EI Camino Real. <br /> <br />b. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses fronting on <br />Woodside Road between the intersections thereof with EI <br />Camino Real and Alameda de Las Pulgas shall be 40 percent. <br />Lots fronting on Woodside Road shall be deemed to include <br />parcels immediately to the rear of and adjacent to lots fronting <br />on said portion of Woodside Road. <br /> <br />c. Except as provided in a and b, above, the maximum floor area <br />ratio for commercial uses shall be 70 percent" <br /> <br />Section 19. <br /> <br />Section 17.2d is hereby amended, and Section 17.2i is <br /> <br />hereby added to, the Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 17.2 Permitted Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IR District: <br /> <br />d. Parking lots and garages. <br /> <br />I. General business, professional, and medical offices, the gross <br />floor area of which is less than 10,000 square feet" <br /> <br />Section 20. Sections 17.4j and 17.4k are hereby added to the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 17.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />j. General, medical, and professional offices, the gross floor area <br />which is more than 10,000 square feet <br /> <br />k.
