<br />9 A- 30 <br /> <br />Section 21. Sections 17.12 is hereby added to the Zoning' Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 17.12 Floor Area Ratio. The maximum floor area ratio is 70 <br />percent. " <br /> <br />Section 22. Section 18.2a of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.2 Permitted Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IP District: <br /> <br />a. General business, medical, and professional offices, the gross <br />floor area of which is less than 10,000 square feet." <br /> <br />Section 23. Sections 18.4m and 18.4n are hereby added to the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IP District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />m. General business, medical, and professional offices, the gross <br />floor area of which is 10,000 square feet or more. <br /> <br />n. Routing facilities for telecommunications, computerized electronic <br />communications and similar technologies." <br /> <br />Section 24. Section 18.17 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.17 Floor Area Ratio. The maximum floor area ratio is 40 <br />percent. " <br /> <br />Section 25.
