<br />qc..!. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />- - <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br />BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AND FIXING AND <br />LEVYING THE TAX RATE THEREFOR <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION l. GENERAL. The following general and special tax rates for General <br />Improvement District No. l-64 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the fiscal <br />year July 1. 2000 - June 30, 2001, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />(a) One Million Three Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight and <br />no/l 00 dollars ($ 1.368,758.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 Facilities Bonds. Series A. B, C. D, and E for deposit in <br /> <br />the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, Facilities Bond Principal and Interest <br />Fund, and for payment of costs incurred in assessment and administration of the district. and the <br /> <br />special tax rate therefore is hereby levied and fixed at $0.1466 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General <br /> <br />lmprovement District No. 1-64 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4274 . adopted <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 4. 1964. together with all territory thereafter <br /> <br />annexed thereto, as said value has been established in accordance with Ordinance No. l290, <br /> <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 30, 1967. <br />(b) Six Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Three Hundred Four and no/lOO ($662.304.00) for <br /> <br />the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> <br />Reclamation Bonds. Series A. B, C.
