<br />qc: -~ <br /> <br />is hereby levied and fixed at $0.1458 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed <br />value of all taxable land within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-64 as said <br /> <br />District was established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto, as said value has been <br /> <br />established in accordance with Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City on January 30, 1967. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. <br /> <br />ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. <br /> <br />If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br /> <br />ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision <br /> <br />shall not affect the validity of portions of this ordinance, and the City Council hereby declares <br /> <br />that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be declared <br /> <br />invalid. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby directed to <br /> <br />transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor of the County of San Mateo in <br />accordance with Section 51551 of the Government Code and to such other County officials as <br /> <br />may find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATEL Y.
