<br />\':). ß-:L <br />Redwood City 2000 update <br />July 24, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />c) The project has a broad impact. <br />d) The Operations Committee has reviewed the proposal and prepared a <br />presentation for the Coordinating Council. <br /> <br />Coordinating Council: Composed of one elected representative and alternate from <br />each of the funding partner's governing Boards, the members of the Operations <br />Committee and a non-elected community member will meet quarterly. <br />Quarterly meetings will: <br />a) monitor RC2000 activities <br />b) consider recommendations regarding new projects and/or taking existing projects to <br />scale <br />c) develop recommendations to take back to their respective governing bodies relating <br />to allocation of resources <br />d) serve as the decision making body for RC2000, using a consensus model of <br />decision making. <br />Implementing Task Forces will provide information about the status of projects to the <br />Operations Committee that will in turn communicate regularly with the Coordinating <br />Council so that all are receiving a constant flow of information about RC2000 projects. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />.
