<br />1) \~..~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM MATERIALS; AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published <br /> <br />for the purchase of sanitary sewer system materials for system repair and <br /> <br />maintenance for the Public Works Services Department of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication two bids were received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Weco Industries, Inc. of Vallejo, California is the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to accept the <br /> <br />bid of Weco Industries, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
