��3F8 AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TOWERS � SHORES CENTER <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , <br /> 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California, ("City"), and SPIEKER PROPERTIES, L.P., a Ca(ifornia limited <br /> partnership, and the owner of record of said real property located at 201, 203, and 205 <br /> Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, California ("Owne�") and consented to by First <br /> Union National Bank, a national banking association, the senior lender, Spieker <br /> Properties #183, L.P., a California limited partnership, the junior lender, and M.V. Golden <br /> State Towers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the ground lessee; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property improvements at <br /> Twin Dolphin Drive and Redwood Shores (the "Property") situated in the City of <br /> Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of a parking <br /> structure and two office buildings; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has requested that construction of certain improvements (as <br /> defined below), title to which is proposed to be conveyed to City for public purposes, be <br /> constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be constructed in accordance <br /> with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, and details hereinafter described; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by Owner of <br /> Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street Improvements, of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City, and in consideration of the approval of the <br /> improvements for the Property, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> F:�shared�Redwood�Council 1 <br /> Agmt-375 <br /> FXS:ep <br /> 07/27/00. 08/02/OOR <br />
