��� � RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> RED MORTON PARKNALOTA ROAD RESTROOM <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Red Morton ParkNalota Road <br /> Restroom Replacement Project in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br /> been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> Red Morton ParkNalota Road Restroom Replacement Project - City of Redwood <br /> City, California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
