�� ��� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. � <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE STATE <br /> OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE <br /> 12 COMPAQ SERVERS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br /> Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br /> request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br /> California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) #3-98-70-0037C, on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City, certain materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: 12 <br /> Compaq Servers conforming to specifications of the Finance Department, IT <br /> Division of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2.
