The original bid amount was $445,000, and there were four (4) <br /> change orders approved for a total of $81,497.58. These changes include: <br /> Change Order No. 1 <br /> • Re-plaster the children's wading pool $23,560.00 <br /> that was not a part of the original _ <br /> contract.
