` 1.3A3 <br /> Fiscai Impact <br /> Similar to the preparation of PSR and PR, funds for the Redwood City portion <br /> ($739,000) of the contract, will initially be drawn from the Gas Tax Construction Fund <br /> account in the 1998-99 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget. Once the RWSTID <br /> is established and assessments collected (September 2000), then the CIP account will <br /> be reimbursed for these initial expenses. <br /> There is agreement between the two cities that the cost of the direct access will be paid <br /> by Belmont and the interchange improvements will be paid by Redwood City.
