Resolution No. 13671 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section 3 of the <br /> Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works <br /> Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding Resolution No. <br /> 12797," adopted July 12, 1999, is hereby rescinded. <br /> 2.
