IDC.-1�1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.5 OF THE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER SERVICE <br /> CHARGES AND FEES <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 38.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 38.5. Water Service Charge. In addition to all other <br /> charges and fees applicable to users of water from the water system <br /> owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the <br /> Water Rules and Regulations of the Department of Public Works Services, <br /> as amended, and this chapter, residential and non-residential monthly <br /> water service charges shall be paid for each water service within the water <br /> service areas and at the rates and upon the effective dates as follows: <br /> "(a) Residential Water Service Charge.
