Written responses to Caltrans review <br /> comments will be prepared and submitted with the 95% PS&E submittal. Thirty (30) sets <br /> of half size plans (11" x 17") and special provisions will be provided for Caltrans and <br /> City review. <br /> An internal Quality Control check will be made and comments incotporated prior to <br /> submittal to Caltrans and TA for final review. <br /> Engineer's Estimate will be revised based on an updated quantity takeoff. <br /> 100% PS&E Submittal <br /> Comments from the 95% review will be incorporated to produce the final PS&E for <br /> Caltrans and City review and approval. Written responses to Caltrans review comments <br /> w�ill be prepared and submitted with the final PS&E submittal. Any comments will be <br /> addressed and the bid documents produced. The si�ned full size reproducible vellums <br /> will be submitted to the City of Belmont for bidding. The City of Belmont will produce <br /> all bid sets. It is assumed that submittal of electronic files to Caltrans in .DGN format <br /> will not be required. <br /> MTCo will prepare the Standard Encroachment Permit Application (signed by the City of <br /> Belmont) for the construction within State ri�ht of way and submit it with five sets of full <br /> size plans and specifications. The City will prepare and submit applications for all other <br /> permits that may be required, includin� Army Corps, Fish & Game. MTCo will provide <br /> assistance to the City in preparin� the applications and will prepare any exhibits that may <br /> be needed. <br /> The City will be responsible for the preparation of and submittal to Caltrans the Right of <br /> VVay Certification and Right of Way Sufficiency Certification, and Utility Clearance <br /> Certification. <br /> The Resident Engineer's File will be prepared and submitted to the City prior to start of <br /> construction.
