All right of way corners and angle points will be set with iron pipes and monuments after construction, and a Record of Survey will be filed. It is assumed that a pre-construction Record of Survey is not required for this project. TASK 3- 35% PS&E SUBMITTAL The major features of the project will be developed based on the approved GAD. It's assumed that the alignment of the roadway will not change from that shown on the GAD. Line drawings of all major plan sheets will be prepared. The line drawing is defined to include base mapping, all major line work, minimal notes, and details as necessarv to explain design intent. Thirty (30) sets of half size plans (11" x 17") will be provided for Caltrans and City review. TASK 4- 6�% PS&E SUBMITTAL The plans will be updated �ased on Caltrans and City 3�% review comments. Written responses to Caltrans review comments will be prepared and submitted with the 6�°�0 PS&E submittal.
