Landscape Concept plan will include major design features such as plant types and general layout and spacing. Irrigation will not be included at this phase. The approved Landscape Concept plan will be the basis for the Landscape & Irrigation plans to be developed and submitted with the 6�% PS&E submittal. TASK 2 SURVEY — RIGHT OF WAY ENGINEERING 2.1 Field Survey for Desi� n Field surveys will be performed to verify utilities and drainage facilities, pavement elevations, potholing, conform areas, vertical clearances, obstructions, tree locations, drainage swales/ditches, lighting features, fences, curbs, structures, and other features necessary to complete the desi�. 2.3 Right of Way En�ineerin� MTCo will provide right of wav engineerin� services in compliance with Caltrans District 4 current requirements as follows: ❑ Hardcopy Maps will be prepared showing the existing and proposed right of way, and the control lines for the Ralston Avenue overcrossing and the on/off ramps. The existing nght of way lines will based on Caltrans' record maps, MTCo field surveys, and preliminary title reports. The Draft hardcopy maps will be submitted to Caltrans for review. Caltrans' comments will be incotporated and a Final Hardcopy Map will be submitted for Caltrans' approval. � Appraisal Maps will be prepared based on the approved hardcopy maps. Appraisal maps will be prepared onlv for those areas that require right of way acquisition and will show the proposed nght of way acquisition and easements, and other pertinent information and data, in accordance with Caltrans' standards.
