The approved Landscape <br /> Concept plan will be the basis for the Landscape & Irrigation plans to be developed and <br /> submitted with the 6�% PS&E submittal. <br /> TASK 2 SURVEY — RIGHT OF WAY ENGINEERING <br /> 2.1 Field Survey for Desi� n <br /> Field surveys will be performed to verify utilities and drainage facilities, pavement <br /> elevations, potholing, conform areas, vertical clearances, obstructions, tree locations, <br /> drainage swales/ditches, lighting features, fences, curbs, structures, and other features <br /> necessary to complete the desi�. <br /> 2.3 Right of Way En�ineerin� <br /> MTCo will provide right of wav engineerin� services in compliance with Caltrans <br /> District 4 current requirements as follows: <br /> ❑ Hardcopy Maps will be prepared showing the existing and proposed right of way, and <br /> the control lines for the Ralston Avenue overcrossing and the on/off ramps. The <br /> existing nght of way lines will based on Caltrans' record maps, MTCo field surveys, <br /> and preliminary title reports. The Draft hardcopy maps will be submitted to Caltrans <br /> for review. Caltrans' comments will be incotporated and a Final Hardcopy Map will <br /> be submitted for Caltrans' approval. <br /> � Appraisal Maps will be prepared based on the approved hardcopy maps. Appraisal <br /> maps will be prepared onlv for those areas that require right of way acquisition and <br /> will show the proposed nght of way acquisition and easements, and other pertinent <br /> information and data, in accordance with Caltrans' standards.
