<br />Proposed Scope of Work: Economic Development <br />Strategy for the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />Objective: Ensure that the economic development committee and City Council are aligned <br />with respect to the City's priority economic development vision, mission and goals <br /> <br /> <br />Consultant shall conduct one work session (three hours) with the economic development <br />advisory committee to review findings and recommendations (action plan) and obtain <br />feedback from the committee. <br />2. Consultant shall produce one final hard copy and an electronic copy of report for <br />duplication by City staff. <br />3. Consultant shall assist in the presentation of economic development strategy findings and <br />recommendations to the City Council (recommend a work session of two hours). <br />4. Consultant shall facilitate an economic development visioning and goal setting session with <br />the City Council (two hours) <br /> <br />Schedule: Late January 2006 <br /> <br />Phase V Cost: $5250 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROJECT COST NOT TO EXCEED $26,500 for above tasks and two additional progress <br />meetings with economic development manager and/or economic development advisory <br />committee plus one additional presentation, if needed. <br />Additional work billed at $140 per hour plus expenses (mileage at .405 cents per mile, <br />photocopying at 15 cents per page.) <br />Scope of Work may be amended with mutual consent of consultant and client. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Redwood City Economic Development Strategy <br />Proposed by Leslie Parks <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />June 22, 2005 <br /> <br />"-".."-"-"~"'.....'.,, <br />
