Scope of Work/ Tasks <br /> Contractor shall perform the following services: <br /> A. 5th Avenue Pump Station, Pump #1 <br /> (i) Contractor will repair the Prime pump and 30 horsepower motor using the parts <br /> listed below: <br /> • (1) 416 stainless steel bowl shaft <br /> • (1) 416 stainless steel line shaft <br /> • (1) 416 stainless steel head shaft <br /> • (1) bronze suction bowl bearing <br /> • (2) bronze bowl bearings <br /> • (1) bronze top discharge bearing <br /> • (2) bronze line shaft oil tube bearings <br /> • (1) top tension tube bearing <br /> • (1) lower oil tube <br /> • (2) center oil tubes <br /> • (1) upper oil tube <br /> • (1) packing ring set <br /> • (1) set of motor bearings <br /> • (1) 20" dresser coupling <br /> • (1) gasket set <br /> • Motor sight glass and turbo oil <br /> • Miscellaneous hardware. <br /> (ii) Contractor will also perform the following: <br /> • Straighten and balance propeller <br /> • Sandblast, Devoncon steel machine and fit propeller to bowl <br /> • Sandblast and epoxy coat outside of column pipe <br /> • Recondition motor <br /> • On-site installation <br /> (iii) All equipment and materials needed to perform the above work will be provided <br /> by the Contractor. <br /> B.
