Deed Restriction Removal - In order to remove the deed restriction from the Maple <br />Street parcel (053-135-240) or the Main Street parcel (053-135-260), an appropriate <br />accommodation of parking must be approved by the City or a Parking In -lieu fee <br />application must be approved by the City for the loss of the parking spaces. Parking <br />in -lieu fee applications are discretionary entitlements and there is no guarantee of <br />approval. In -lieu price per parking stall shall be the rate in place at the time the in - <br />lieu fee application is approved by the City. [COA][PLANNING] <br />21. Lot Line Adjustment - Obtain approval and record a Lot Line Adjustment prior to <br />building permit issuance. Private Easements — The project shall reserve private easements across the <br />separate parcels for the use of the private utilities services.
