<br />9/3/6 <br /> <br />C. Housina Reauirement. As a condition to the use permit, the Developer <br /> <br />of an Office Development shall be required to construct not less than the number <br /> <br />of dwelling units determined by the following formula: <br /> <br />One dwelling unit shall be constructed for each 2,000 Gross Square Feet of <br /> <br />Floor Area for office use permitted under the use permit. Whenever the calcula- <br /> <br />tion of dwelling units results in a fraction of a unit, the fraction shall be deemed a <br /> <br />whole unit. <br /> <br />The dwelling units so constructed shall average 850 net square feet (i.e., <br /> <br />useable space measured from the interior wall faces) in floor area, plus outdoor <br /> <br />useable open space of 150 square feet per unit. All dwelling units shall include <br /> <br />full living, kitchen, and sanitation facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, dwell- <br /> <br />ing units constructed on the same Site as the Office Development, as part of a <br /> <br />mixed-use development, may average 640 net square feet and may share park- <br /> <br />ing with the Office Development such that only one parking space per dwelling <br /> <br />unit may be required. <br /> <br />D.. Housina Plan.
