<br />98/S- <br /> <br />proved by the City prior to July 1, 2000, which was approved pursuant to a spe- <br /> <br />cific plan, development agreement, disposition and development agreement, or <br /> <br />by other agreement duly entered into by the City or the Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, which provides for, or allows the development or <br /> <br />use of, a Site for offices within the specified Zoning Districts. <br /> <br />Section 4. Procedure and ReQuirement for Housing. <br /> <br />A. Use Permit. Every Office Development of 10,000 Gross Square Feet <br /> <br />of Floor Area shall only be permitted by a use permit issued pursuant to the pro- <br /> <br />visions of Article 42 (commencing with Section 42.1) of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Said permit shall require that the Developer of the Office Development therein <br /> <br />described comply with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Supporting Information. In addition to all other information required un- <br /> <br />der the Zoning Ordinance, the Developer of an Office Development shall provide <br /> <br />the Zoning Administrator with copies of all plans, specifications, drawings, or <br /> <br />other information relating to the proposed Office Development necessary for the <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator to determine the Gross Square Feet of Floor Area for the <br /> <br />proposed Office development.
