<br />91317 <br /> <br />report to the City Council reporting on its effectiveness in securing the construc- <br /> <br />tion of new workforce housing. The report shall include, but not be limited to, a <br /> <br />description of Office Developments completed and pending and the names of <br /> <br />the Developers for each such Development, a description of the housing devel- <br /> <br />opments completed and pending, and proposed to be constructed, and the <br /> <br />amount of in-lieu fees paid hereunder. The report shall include an analysis of <br /> <br />the effectiveness of this ordinance in providing housing for residents associated <br /> <br />with new Office Developments. <br /> <br />Section 7. Appeals. A Developer or any person aggrieved by any deci- <br /> <br />sion or final determination of the Zoning Administrator or Director made pursuant <br /> <br />to this ordinance may appeal said decision or determination in accordance with <br /> <br />the provisions of Article 48 (commencing with Section 48.1) of the Zoning Ordi- <br /> <br />nance. <br /> <br />Section 8. Enforcement. This ordinance shall be enforced in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Article 50 (commencing with Section 50.1) of the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance; provided, that without limitation upon the foregoing, this ordinance <br /> <br />may be enforced by legal and equitable actions, including actions for mandatory <br /> <br />injunctive relief and actions for breach of contract with respect to contracts en- <br /> <br />tered pursuant to Section 4.0. <br /> <br />Ord-118 <br />tish/sh/RC/Council/Ord <br />DESrg <br />08/24/00 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />..
