<br />9ß2() <br /> <br />Section 9. Partiallnvaliditv and Severability. <br /> <br />If any provision of this Ordinance, or its application to any Office Devel- <br /> <br />opment project or to any geographical area of the City, is held invalid, the re- <br /> <br />mainder of the Ordinance, or the application of such provision to other Office De- <br /> <br />velopment projects or to any other geographical areas of the City, shall not be <br /> <br />affected thereby. <br /> <br />Section 10.
