<br />9C9 <br /> <br />approval and adoption by Zoning Ordinance and/or general plan pursuant to the <br />study relating to development within the Study Area. <br /> <br />Section 4. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> <br />and employees of the City are hereby authorized and directed to implement the <br /> <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. Supercession. Any and all ordinances, resolutions, directives <br /> <br />or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> <br />ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern and <br /> <br />prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br />Section 6. Effective Date. This ordinance is an emergency measure <br /> <br />enacted in furtherance of the public safety, health, and welfare as set forth in <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof and shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; provided, <br /> <br />that this ordinance shall be operative retroactively from and after August 28, <br /> <br />2000, provided further, that this ordinance shall be of no further force and effect <br /> <br />forty-five (45) days from its operative date; provided, further, that after notice <br /> <br />given pursuant to Government Code Section 65090 and public hearing, this <br /> <br />ordinance may be extended for ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days and <br /> <br />subsequently may be extended for one (1) year in accordance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Government Code Section 65858. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Ord-117 <br />F:/shared/redwood/council <br />DES:djk <br />08/23/00 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />.......,...-.-,...-......-..,.. <br />
