Section 26.3 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />amending Section 26.3a thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 26.3 Accessory Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br />CBR District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections 26.2 and <br />26.4: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Business office uses on the ground floor which do not exceed <br />25 percent of the gross floor area or 500 square feet, <br />whichever is less, provided such uses are clearly incidental to <br />the retail sale of products on the premises." <br /> <br />Section 21. Section 26.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />repealing Section 26.4d and adding Section 26.4i thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 26.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br />CBR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />d. [reserved] <br /> <br />i. Ground-floor dependent offices." <br /> <br />Section 22. Section 30.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />amending Section 30.2b thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 30.2.2 Required ParkinQ--Commercial Uses. In all districts, <br />in connection with every use of property, there shall be provided off-street <br />parking spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule: (Wherever <br />square feet of floor area is indicated, it shall mean gross square footage.) <br /> <br />b. Banks, financial institutions, professional, business, or <br />administrative offices (i) located a circle with a radius of 1500 feet, <br />the center of which is located at the CalTrain Depot, in the vicinity <br />of the intersection of Franklin Street and James Avenue: one <br />space for each 300 square feet of gross floor area; (ii) not located <br />within the aforesaid area: one space for each 250 square feet of <br />gross floor area.
