<br />ßA ..~ <br /> <br />Section 23. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br /> <br />to the contrary, applications for development entitlements for office development <br /> <br />which, as of September 1, 2000, have been granted an architectural permit <br /> <br />pursuant to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, shall be exempt from the <br /> <br />provisions of this ordinance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and any provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance to the contrary, office developments with respect to which a <br /> <br />development agreement, disposition and development agreement, or other <br /> <br />agreement duly entered into by the City or by the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City which provides for, or allows the development or use of, a <br /> <br />parcel for office uses shall likewise be exempt from the provisions of this <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 24. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> <br />and employees of the City having authority with the issuance or approval of land <br /> <br />use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 25. <br /> <br />Supercession. <br /> <br />Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br /> <br />directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br /> <br />and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br />Section 26. Effective Date.
