Depending on the <br />results of the Initial Shldy, these additional teduùcal analyses, which could be prepared for <br />either an MND or an EIR, may include: traffic study, biological surveys, wetland" <br />delineation, noise measurements and modeling, air quality analysis, geotechrùcal <br />investigation, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, visual simulations, etc. The scope of <br />work for these analyses will be defined for Task 2 of the Scope of Services. <br /> <br />We will subIIÛt the draft Initial Study for internal review by the City of Redwood City and <br />the Oversight Committee. We will also present the results of the Initial Study to the <br />Oversight Comnúttee at one of its regularly scheduled meetings. We will assist the City of <br />Redwood CUy and the Oversight Committee in detemrirring if the appropriate <br />environmental document will be an MND or an EIR. <br /> <br />Meetings: <br /> <br />Attendance at kick.off meeting, one Redwood City Plartt'dng Commission <br />study session, and four RSB Oversight Committee meetings. <br /> <br />Draft and final project description¡ draft Initial Study (20 copies of each <br />document) <br /> <br />Delivf:'rables: <br /> <br />Tasks 2 through 5: Scopes of work for these tasks will be developed upon completion of <br />Task 1. <br /> <br />T <br /> <br />--r <br />
