Depending On the <br />results of the Initial Study, these additional technical analyses, which could be prepared for <br />either an MND or an EIR, may include: traffic study, biological surveys, wetlands <br />delineation, noise measurements and modeling, air quality analysis, geotechrùcal <br />investigation, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, visual simulations, etc. Th,e scope of <br />work for these analyses will be defined for Task 2 of the Scope of Services. <br /> <br />We will submit the draft Initial Study for internal review by the City of Redwood City and <br />the Oversight Committee. We will also present the results of the Initial Study to the <br />Oversight Committee at one of its regularly scheduled meetings.
