�.3-C�3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ARBORICULTURAL <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> (RAY MORNEAU, ARBORIST) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires arboricultural inspection <br /> services related to heritage trees on private properties in the City of Redwood <br /> City (the "Projects); and <br /> WHEREAS, Ray Morneau of Mountain View, California, represents that it <br /> . possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br /> required for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Arboricultural <br /> Inspection Services" (form dated 10/04/00), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Ray Morneau for the <br /> performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br /> said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> Reso-554 � <br /> DES:djk <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Counci <br /> 10/04/00 <br /> . _. . � <br />
