The accessory dwelling unit shali not contain more than one bedroom. <br /> i. Not more than one entrance to the main dwelling shall be located on the street <br /> frontage or side street frontage thereof (other than a garage entrance), and the entrance <br /> to the accessory dwelling shall not be directly visible from the street frontage or side <br /> street. <br /> j. A total of not less than three (3) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> the main dwelling structure and accessory dwelling, combined; provided, that additional <br /> parking space for the accessory dwelling may be uncovered and may be situated such <br /> that it is in tandem with one of the parking spaces provided for the main dwelling <br /> structure; provided, further, that no portion of any of the parking spaces provided for the <br /> main and accessory dwelling units shall extend into the required garage or carport front <br /> yard setback established for the applicable zoning district; provided, further, that the <br /> garage structure appurtenant to the main dwelling unit shall be used for vehicle parking." <br /> "Section 37.5. Compliance Period. Owners of property on which accessory <br /> dwelling units not conforming to the requirements of this Article as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 1130- , shall have one (1) year from the date of adoption of said <br /> ordinance within which to cause such units to conform to said requirements." <br /> 2. Section 2.
