AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Service Center . <br /> Perimeter Fence Replacement Project (Phase II) in the City of Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> Municipal Service Center - Perimeter Fence Replacement Project (Phase II) - <br /> City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Public Works <br /> Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
