. <br /> ���� � � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY WIDENING — PHASE II; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTlSEMENT FOR <br /> -BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Redwood Shores Parkway <br /> Widening — Phase II project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> the Redwood Shores Parkway Widening — Phase II - City of Redwood City, <br /> California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
