�.3 - 8�. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> UTILITY SYSTEM MATERIALS; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br /> City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published <br /> for the purchase of utility system materials for the Utility Operation and <br /> Maintenance Division of the Public Works Services Department of the City of <br /> Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication one bid was received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Roberts & Brune Co. of Redwood City, California is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> accept the bid of Roberts & Brune Co.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
