'1. 3 - C �. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (1) COMPACT PICKUP TRUCK AND ONE (1) PASSENGER VAN; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood . <br /> City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published for <br /> the purchase of one (1) compact pickup truck and one (1) passenger van for the <br /> Departments of Public Works Services and Parks, Recreations and Community <br /> Services of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication finro bids were received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Towne Ford, of Redwood City, California is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder (meeting the City's vehicle specifications) and it is the <br /> intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of Towne Ford; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
