�� �� �: � AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> UNDERGROUNDING EXISTING OVERHEAD FACILITIES (PG&E, PACBELL, CABLE <br /> N) CONSTRUCTION AT 890 BROADWAY <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , <br /> 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California, ("Cit�'), and 890 BROADWAY ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., a California <br /> limited liability company, ("Owner") the owner of record of said real property located at <br /> 890 Broadway, Redwood City, California (the "Propert�'); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property improvements of <br /> the Property, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br /> California, consisting of the remodeling of the existing building and other associated <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has requested that certain Improvements (as defined below), <br /> be constructed at the Property in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, <br /> specifications, and details hereinafter described are to be prepared by Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company; title to which improvements shall be conveyed to the appropriate <br /> utility company; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by Owner of <br /> Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street Improvements, of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City, and in consideration of the approval of the <br /> improvements for the Property, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. Improvements.
