That certain final subdivision map (including vacating a portion of Monroe <br /> Street and dedications of a street and easements described therein) entitled, "Two <br /> Maple Street Subdivision", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br /> consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware limited <br /> partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2. A portion of Monroe Street is hereby vacated. <br /> 3. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the herein described <br /> map are hereby accepted. <br /> 4.
