OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> (ZEIGER ENGINEERS, INC.) � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation of <br /> construction documents to modify existing electrical panels in the City's <br /> "essential facilities" (the "Facilities") located at the Community Activities Building, <br /> the Fair Oaks Community Center and the Veterans Senior Center to accept <br /> emergency portable generators in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> consulting electrical engineering and design services; and - <br /> WHEREAS, Zeiger Engineers, Inc. of Oakland, California, represents that <br /> it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perForm the aforesaid services for <br /> the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Consulting <br /> Engineering and Design Services" (form dated 09/19/00), by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> Zeiger Engineers, Inc. for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a � <br /> Reso-996 � <br /> FXS:djk <br /> F:/S h a red/ Redwood/Cou n ci I <br /> 09/'I 9/00 <br />
